Class Action Law Suit

Last night just before I went to bed I walked by my son’s room and heard him on the phone. He was speaking to XBOX 360 support, not again!! I’ve had it with Microsoft! I put off sending in the complaint form to the State Attorney’s office, but now I am ready to pursuit action.

I am calling on all XBOX 360 owners who are fed up with this piece of electronic junk!

Please email me so we can get a petition going to send in to the Attorney General’s office. Big business can not take advantage of consumers any longer.

Please email me so we can stop Microsoft!!!!

Here is the copy of the petition please copy and send out and return to me asap.

PLEASE FORWARD THIS PETITION TO AS MANY DISATISFIED XBOX 360 OWNERS AS POSSIBLE WHO HAD MORE THAN THREE REPAIRS SINCE THEY PURCHASED THEIR XBOX 360. THIS IS REGARDING MICROSOFT’S EXTENDED WARRANTY AND THEIR REFUSUAL TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND WARRANTY AND REPLACE THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT.

THIS PETITION WILL BE ATTACHED TO A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IN THE ATTEMPT TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST MICROSOFT.

About Mom’s Soap Box

Moms Soapbox is a forum for all of the fantastically ridiculous issues that face Moms (and Dads) in today's world of information overload and endless checklists on how to be the perfect parent. My intention is to break some stereotypes about what a Mother should be and share with my readers the experiences I have had in raising my two teenage sons while trying to juggle graduate school, a house full of responsibilities and a desire to go with my gut when it comes to parenting. My hope is to show that you can be comfortable enough with yourself and your family to show the world that it isn't a competition but rather a journey to learn and laugh as much as possible
